Privacy Policy

Information you give us when you register:

• Full name
• Email address
• WhatsApp phone number, with country code
• Your profession
• Your answer to the question "Do you want to build a profitable digital product business?"

Information collected automatically when you use the website:

• Device and browser information, IP address and approximate location
• Pages you visit and how you interact with them (for example, scrolling, button clicks, and progress through the registration form)
• The ad, link or campaign that brought you to the website
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 4)

If you buy a program: your payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

We use your information to:

• Register you for the live masterclass and send you the joining link
• Send reminders and updates about the masterclass by WhatsApp, email, SMS and phone call
• Contact you, including by phone, about our programs that relate to the masterclass you registered for
• Deliver any program you buy, and provide support
• Understand how people use the website so we can improve it
• Measure and improve our advertising (see section 4)
• Meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse

By submitting the registration form, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing admin@shikshantaram.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened, and we may need to stop sending you masterclass updates.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API on this website. They send information about your visit (for example, that you viewed the page or registered) to Meta Platforms so we can measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people likely to find them relevant. When you register, your email address and phone number are converted into a scrambled, encrypted code (hashed) before being shared with Meta for this matching. They are not shared in readable form.

You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (Settings → Ad preferences).

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website, through anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity does not record what you type into the registration form. Its use is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the masterclass and our business: website hosting, email and WhatsApp messaging, the live webinar platform, payment processing and customer management tools. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement as described in section 4
• Government authorities or courts, when the law requires it

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data stays protected.

We keep registration data for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, purchase and tax records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (section 11), and, if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, email admin@shikshantaram.in from the email address you registered with. We will respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.

Our masterclass and programs are meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered, email us and we will delete their data.
